HostShield collects only the information needed to sell lock boxes, operate host accounts, and serve digital guest guidebooks.
We process contact details, shipping and billing information, order records, account login data, property guidebook content, QR scan counts, support messages, and technical logs. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by HostShield.
We use this data to fulfil orders, provide the dashboard and guest guidebook service, prevent misuse, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may include hosting, database, payment, email, maps, analytics, and content-management tools.
Customers and hosts may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of their personal data by contacting support@hostshield.store. Some records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
